Another option, depending on wether your old email is active, you could try checking it from another site, such as the one listed below. usually, though, if you click on forgot password, and cannot proceed, they will give you a help number to call for assistance. i have done it before and it is not too difficult.
Reply:Was your alternate email something like hotmail, or yahoo mail?





Here's an example: Your alternate email was with hotmail, but it expired from lack of use. Go to hotmail and create an email address with an identical username. Then you can use it to receive the email with your password.
