Reply:sign in and click "My Account" or "Account Info". now, once you are in your account info page, try to change some of the information details you gave before but you need to jot it down as you might need it some day for retrieving something. then change your password as well by using a combination of letters, numbers and symbol. then click submit. you may restart your PC to activate the changes you made. it some case, your new password may not activate right away, do not attempt to change again, instead, just wait til it give full activation of the changes you made on your account.
Reply:Go to 'My Profile' and change it. Of course, if she's already done that, you're SOL...
