Is it possible to change your Yahoo ID and email address without getting a new account?

If you are using Yahoo Messenger 8.1.0.249 , Click on messenger/my contact details/fill in the information you want it to say/save and close, and/or add yourself to your contacts, and go to your name and change it to whatever you want. You can also click "my profiles", then click edit on the profile you want to change, then change your ID from your name to the ID you want to use. Go to:Email/(Mail)options/General Preferences/In the 'From________' and 'Reply to:' sections, Change them to anything you want/Save.





And/or Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.


Under “Management”, click Mail Addresses.


In the “Extra Email Address” section, click Get Started.


Either type whatever new address you’d like to try (Yahoo will tell you if it’s already taken), or use one of the suggestions on the right.


Click Choose.

Clicl on "My Account" / Public Profiles/ Edit/Create Profile/ Create New Public Profile/ then fill out the info / Make Default on the right hand side of the screen. To delete a name click the blue delete next to the name.

At the top right of this page, click on "My profile", then click on "Edit my info", and/or "360°My 360 profile ".
