then click mail on the right side of the page

then click Don't have a Yahoo! ID?

Reply:Make new ID and forget the old, otherwise this can't be changed and if you make new it would automatically become changed because tell this to your friends and say them to forget the old.

Reply:it is possible to change the user name and password but not the user id in yahoomail or any other provider
